Role-playing using company-specific talk scripts

SmartSkill Campus' AI training allows participants to register the script they will practice (model) and the script of their partner, and then role-play using the company's own talk script.
The accuracy of the talk can be improved by setting and evaluating "essential keywords" that participants should definitely include in the script they practice, and "NG words" that should not be uttered.

Feedback on facial expressions and speaking speed

AI-powered voice recognition is used to determine how much of the model the participant has remembered, and the participant is evaluated as their script mastery. AI-powered image recognition is used to analyze facial expressions, and smiles and speaking speed are also evaluated, and feedback is provided to the participant. It is also possible to receive feedback from a person by using the recording function to submit the recording to a superior or manager.

Memorize the dialogue and script that appears on the screen.

<Step 2 Output> Conduct training
