Function details
Freely create your own curriculum
Depending on the training content and development theme, you can create courses by freely combining group training applications, e-learning, videos, materials, tests, surveys and assignment submissions.
For courses, you can set the course name, overview, target participants, capacity, publication period, whether or not applications and approvals are required, access restrictions for internal and external IP addresses, and whether or not to issue a certificate of completion.
You can create a mode where participants can start taking courses from any learning material, and a sequential mode where they take the materials in order from the top.
You can create designated courses and application courses.
SmartSkill Campus has six different approval flows that differ depending on whether an application (request) from the participant is required, whether an application form is set, whether approval is required, who is set as the approver, etc.
For example, you can set up an appropriate flow such as specifying participants for required courses and starting immediately without application, or starting self-development courses after approval from a supervisor.
It is also possible to paste related materials and URLs for the course on the application screen.
Access restrictions for internal and external IP addresses can be set
SmartSkill Campus allows you to set IP address restrictions for enrollment and applications.
You can specify the learning environment depending on the course, such as making courses that include confidential information available only from the company's internal network, or making self-development courses available from both inside and outside the company.
Points feature
Participants can earn points and badges when they complete a course. This can be used to manage course attendance under a credit or point system.
Not only does it increase participant motivation, but by visualizing participants' learning progress based on their points, administrators can provide appropriate evaluations and feedback to participants.
Communication Board
You can set up a function that allows students, mentors, superiors, lecturers, and administrators to post topics and comments, and share information and hold discussions.
