By linking SmartSkill Campus with the talent management system "CYDAS," it is possible to provide the optimal learning environment tailored to each employee, centrally manage human resources information, and reduce the workload of operations staff.
Function details
Automatically display recommended courses based on skill check results
When you take a skill check on CYDAS, the most suitable course based on the skill check result will be displayed on the CYDAS screen. You can then take that course by going to SmartSkill Campus via SSO (single sign-on).
Taking courses mapped to skill check items and levels
You can also check the results of the skill check you took at CYDAS on the SmartSkill Campus course screen, and select and take the courses you need from a list of courses mapped to skill check items and levels.
AI recommends courses
With SmartSkill Campus, AI will recommend courses taken by students with similar skill check results to your own.
Linking participant information and affiliated organization information
CYDAS will automatically link student information and affiliated organization information to SmartSkill Campus via API.
Linking course history
Course history data from SmartSkill Campus is automatically linked to CYDAS via API.
