By directly representing a company's organizational structure on SmartSkill Campus, it is possible to provide appropriate learning programs according to the affiliated organization, implement display restrictions, and compile and analyze learning outcomes and progress by affiliated organization.
In terms of communication, for example, by setting up a relationship between a superior and subordinate, the superior can check the subordinate's learning progress and provide support.

You can set up detailed organizations, groups, superiors, and subordinates.
SmartSkill Campus allows you to set up organizations, groups, superiors and subordinates in detail so that you can faithfully reproduce the complex organizational structure of a large corporation.
Students can be registered/modified/deleted individually or in bulk via CSV.
You can also integrate with your HR system via API to keep SmartSkill Campus updated with the latest student information.
