Seminar Overview

Compared to last year, companies are finalizing their hiring plans earlier. 43% of companies finalize their hiring plans for the 2026 graduating class by September. (This is a 5% increase from last year's 38%.)
Here, based on survey data of 3,000 human resources personnel and insights gained from 500 AI recruitment services both in Japan and overseas, we will provide specific strategic recruitment methods for the 2026 graduating class, with an eye toward the 2027 graduating class as well.

  • Companies that did not achieve the results they expected from their summer recruitment measures for the 2026 graduates
